Origin: Certified organic spices from small farms around the world. Does not contain caffeine.
Ingredients: Certified organic fennel, organic cardamom, organic star ainse, organic ajwain seeds
Preparation: Steep 2 grams of tea (1 teaspoon) for 3-5 mins, strain, add cream & unrefined organic sugar to taste.
Stove Top Preparation: Add 2 tablespoons cream & 1 cup water to a saucepan over high heat; Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Add 1/4 Teaspoon Fennel Masala & 1 Teaspoon Tea to pot; Gently boil for 2-3 Minutes; Strain and Enjoy! (Add Sweetener to taste). Makes 1 cup.
Variation: Add 1/4 teaspoon Fennel spices to 1 C almond milk. Pour into the blender, add sweetener to taste. Enjoy this caffeine free masala Chai.
