Namaste!
I did not expect to email you this soon. However, I do have important dates to give you. Firstly, the ship has arrived and my tea/ spice crisis is over so I can sell those 80 cup bags for those who need them.
Exciting News: The NEW Yale Town Farmer's Market has been extended to December and I will be there. Hours: Noon- 4 pm
The first cooking class has happened and it was yummy & fun! There is a picture below of our dinner. Cooking classes dates are scheduled. Please email me right away if interested as I have very limited space. I will give you all the details in an email regarding cost etc. The food will be all organic and locally sourced. Groups of 4 or 5 maximum.
I have a brand new masala, yes another one! I think this is my best yet, it is called Trudy Ann's Spicy Mix. All these recipes have been passed down to me by my family. I regularly get recipes in a letter or over the phone. The old fashioned way.
Hope to see you & thank you for coming out to the markets, especially when it pours! It is always dry under my tent and if you are early, I have cups of hot chai to go ;-D
Love to all,
Trudy Ann |

HUGE MUSIC NEWS!
A plug for my sons, Trevor and Rowan (the Whitridge Brothers) who you may see busking at VFM, have their first gig as a duo at Cory Weeds Jazz Cellaron Tuesday Oct 8 at 8 pm. Reservations are suggested.
It would be great if you are a fan of their music (jazz), if you can spread the word and come see them. It will be a wonderful show! I have been making endless cups of chai for all these budding jazz musicians during rehearsals at our home. My sons are 13 and 17 and together, they make beautiful music. |
