Kashmiri Golden Saffron Cardamom Chai is a unique blend of Assam Black Tea and Saffron along with other organic spices like ginger, cardamom and turmeric. The saffron in this chai blend adds an exotic and intoxicating flavour to the tea and has a beautiful lingering floral aroma. Packed with anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, this golden tea has a lot of health benefits.

Brew a rich and flavourful cup of my Kashmiri Golden Saffron Cardamom Chai and feel rejuvenated through the day. The tea pairs excellently well with desserts and can be added in many dessert preparations such as Panna Cotta.

Ingredients: Certified organic Assam black tea, organic saffron, organic ginger, organic cardamom, organic turmeric

Preparation: Add 1.5 grams (1/2 teaspoon) of tea to 1 C. hot water. Steep for 5 -10 mins, strain and enjoy.

Stove Preparation: Put 1 C. water in a pot. Bring to a boil. Add 1/2 teaspoons of tea. Gently simmer for 5 -10 mins. Strain & serve. Add sweetener to taste.

Optional: Add 1 tsp pistachios or almonds to tea. Serve with coconut butter.

Iced Chai: Steep 1 tsp tea in 1/2 cup hot water for 5-10 mins. Add 1/2 cup ice. Pour over vanilla ice cream.
