A very gentle chai. Sweet and calming. The ingredients make it a great ‘after meal’ chai to help with digestion. If you don’t like a spicy chai, this is the chai for you. It does not have pepper or ginger or a strong licorice taste and will delight you.



Digestive Fennel Chai is a mild cleansing after meal tea. This gentle tea is a lovely infusion of Fennel Masala and Assam Black Tea. As you drink this fennel chai, it will relax you and you will taste the lingering flavour of freshly ground fennel seeds. The tea bag comes with spices of Fennel Masala which contain fresh blends of organic spices like cardamom, star anise, fennel and ajwain seeds. Digestive Fennel Chai can be enjoyed not only for its flavour but also for its various health benefits. Digestive Fennel Chai is a great organic fennel tea for digestion. Origin: Certified organic Assam Tea & certified organic spices from small farms around the world. Contains caffeine.

Ingredients: Certified organic Assam Tea, organic fennel, organic cardamom, organic star anise, organic ajwain seeds.

Preparation: Steep 2 grams of tea (1 teaspoon) for 3-5 mins, strain, add cream & unrefined organic sugar to taste.

Stove Top Preparation: Add 2 tablespoons cream & 1 cup water to a saucepan over high heat; Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Add 1/4 Teaspoon Fennel Masala & 1 Teaspoon Tea to pot; Gently boil for 2-3 Minutes; Strain and Enjoy! Optional: Add unrefined sugar to taste. I prefer to drink my teas black.

    I am not a big fan of spicy chai and Trudy Ann’s fennel chai is perfect chai for me. I don’t find the taste of fennel too overwhelming. There is a good balance of spices. It seems to be a good one for digestion or if I just don’t feel good!
