Another wonderful family recipe given to me by my Aunty Pramilla. This is a must have spice to add to all your Indian dishes or Western dishes. You cannot go wrong with dry-roasted fresh ground coriander and cumin. I have found that many Westerners love the subtle flavours of this spice blend. It’s a hit with young children too.


Origin: Certified organic spices from small farms around the world.

Ingredients: Dry-roasted, organic coriander, organic cumin

Preparation: Add to enhance flavours of soups, curries, daals (lentil soups), vegetables, salad dressings. Use with Trudy Ann’s Red Curry Powder, Mangalore Curry, or Soup & Stew Mix.

Variation: Add 1 teaspoon Dhana- Jeera to 1/2 C plain yogurt. Use as dips, marinades, salad dressings or add to food to enhance flavour. Add salt to taste.
