Ingredients: Dry-roasted, organic coriander, organic cumin
Preparation: Add to enhance flavours of soups, curries, daals (lentil soups), vegetables, salad dressings. Use with Trudy Ann’s Red Curry Powder, Mangalore Curry, or Soup & Stew Mix.
Variation: Add 1 teaspoon Dhana- Jeera to 1/2 C plain yogurt. Use as dips, marinades, salad dressings or add to food to enhance flavour. Add salt to taste.
