Yogurt and Raspberries
Sometimes all my body craves is plain yogurt and fruit. We often make our own yogurt and I will try to post a recipe for that. This yogurt was made with raw milk, direct from a local farm! Thanks to Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon Morrell, I eat real human food all the time and stay healthy. The berries were bought from the Vancouver farmers market, where I regularly sell my teas in the spring and summer.
Ingredients:
1/4 C yogurt
1/4 C yogurt
1/4 C raspberries
1/4 tsp cinnamon or vanilla (optional)
Directions:
Mix and enjoy!
