A very gentle chai. Sweet and calming. The ingredients make it a great ‘after meal’ chai to help with digestion. If you don’t like a spicy chai, this is the chai for you. It does not have pepper, ginger or a strong licorice taste and will delight you. This Tummy Tea helps ease tummy issues with ingredients such as fennel & ajwain.
Preparation: Steep 2 grams of tea (1 teaspoon) for 3-5 mins, strain, add cream & unrefined organic sugar to taste.
Stove Top Preparation: Add 2 tablespoons cream & 1 cup water to a saucepan over high heat; Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Add 1/4 Teaspoon Fennel Masala & 1 Teaspoon Tea to pot; Gently boil for 2-3 Minutes; Strain and Enjoy! (Add Sweetener to taste)
