Kale Chips

Kale Chips

I love making kale chips and do so often. I get the kale from @vanmarkets. Here is a batch about to go into the dehydrator. I usually have the heat settings on the lower side.

Kale Chips are a perfect easy-to-make snack. They are healthy and crunchy and can be had on the go. Follow the below kale chips recipe made with all basic ingredients.

Recipe:

2 bunches kale
1 C hemp seeds
1 bell pepper
6 sun-dried tomatoes (soaked)
3/4 to 1 C water
1/2 C olive oil
1-2 tsp salt to taste
2 tsp Trudy Ann’s Tandoori masala
1/2 C nutritional yeast

Method:

Break kale into small pieces, removing the stalk. Set aside in a bowl.
Blend the above ingredients (except kale). Remove from the blender and mix with kale leaves.
Transfer to the dehydrator and on a medium-low setting dehydrate until crisp to your liking.
