Cauliflower Bell Pepper Salad

Cauliflower Bell Pepper Salad

I have been doing countless hours of recipe development to help clients struggling with all kinds of health issues, be it cancer, diabetes, arthritis, chronic fatigue, eczema, depression and more. I know that food heals and this recipe is packed with good healing ingredients. The mediterranean diet uses a lot of bulger wheat in their dishes. I used raw cauliflower with parsley and other toxin removing herbs and ingredients. Coriander and Cumin (my Dhana Jeera) are among the top herbs / spices for reducing toxicity. No wonder it is in every Indian dish (and Thai food) along with turmeric. In India, we often drink whey with cumin and salt for digestive issues. It is one of my favourite drinks.

My family (my best critics), were wowed by the flavour of this recipe. It’s one of those dishes you can prepare in advance and take it with you to work or simply enjoy anytime. I have this along with my bone broth
